Our first De Tafel van de Chef was a great success!
A group of patrons and friends gathered to pair Iona Wines with Chef Jana’s creations designed specifically for each wine.
What an atmosphere! As one of the guests wrote on Tripdavisor “From very generous portions to good conversation, it was an evening, we hope will be repeated by this new team that heads up the floor & kitchen of Dutchies..”
The menu consisted of
- Amuse Warm Cucumber Soup paired with the Iona Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Rose
- Goatcheese with beetroot salsa paired with Iona’s Sauvignon Blanc
- Salmon Trout paired with the Iona Chardonnay
- Lamb with the One Man Band red
- and then topped off with Chocolate Marquise for dessert with grappa
Verrukkelijk…to say the least!!!
