Hermanus Fynarts Culinary Challenge

We’re thrilled to be participating in the Hermanus Fynarts Culinary Challenge. This is a new addition to the Hermanus FynArts Festival!

Chefs from various restaurants in Hermanus have entered in one, or both, of the following categories:

  • Seafood dish made with Hake
  • Speciality or dessert made using Cape Honey

For the month of May, the dishes entered into the FynArts Culinary Challenge will be on the menu at the participating restaurants.

Take part in the fun and support these restaurants by tasting the dishes and filling in the evaluation provided by Hermanus Tourism.

Your vote will contribute 50% to the final scores!

During the ten-days of FynArts, a panel of three professional chefs will be invited to Hermanus to do the final judging. The winner will be announced on Thursday 19 June 2014 in the Hermanus Times.
