We’re delighted to announce the appointment of our new executive chef – Chef Wayne Spencer.
Since qualifying at the renowned Silwood Kitchen 11 years ago Chef Wayne has, amongst other things, worked at a luxury game lodge; run his own restaurant and even worked in a Michelin restaurant in Monaco.
Wayne is PASSIONATE about food. He likes to use local and “true food” ingredients and understands the balance between flavour and texture. His motto is “ace the basics” which results in truly fine dining.
He also has a great sense of humour!
